
Private event catering
We can cater for groups of 35 up to 500 guests. Using only the finest locally reared meat and provisions our private event catering service delivers freshly prepared and cooked lamb, beef, ham, pork, chicken, and turkey or combination if you prefer.
Our team pre-cooks your roasted meat on-site at Perrys of Eccleshall and delivers it to your home or venue for final cooking in our roasting machine.
Your guests will be served by our friendly uniformed team and can choose from a selection of side-salad dishes, freshly baked white, granary and wholemeal rolls and bread.
We can also provide Perrys of Eccleshall Provisions and Tracklements condiments or a combination of the two.

Butchery courses & cookery courses in Staffordshire
We deliver a variety of butchery and knife skills courses throughout the year. Our artisan butchery and cookery courses are delivered at Perrys Field to Fork in our newly built specialist cookery school in Eccleshall, in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside. Butchery courses are designed for beginner, intermediate, and the advanced butcher looking to further develop their knife skills.

We can provide a cake which has one, two, three or more Perrys of Eccleshall handmade pork pies. We can create a cake which has equal amounts of cheese and pork pie or more of one or the other.
Each cake is prepared ready for decoration by your event organiser, chef or florist.
